About me

Cherry Cheung – CranioSacral Therapist
I believe
''We are all One.''
'If the world lacks love, it begins with us.''
''Healing happens when we are completely safe''
''Wonder if there is unconditional love? Give it out yourself, and you've proved it.''
My story
During my 15-year career in working with families, I have supported many people navigating emotional challenges and psychosomatic symptoms resulting from trauma—conditions that modern medicine cannot always fully address. Alongside this professional experience, I have personally experienced chronic pain in my knees and ankles since childhood, which sparked a lifelong interest in exploring effective healing methods, including alternative therapies.
After extensive training in various talk and body therapies, I discovered CranioSacral Therapy (CST) and found it profoundly transformative. During CST sessions, I experience a deep sense of safety, warmth, and integration. Mindfulness practices help me relax, but the relaxation achieved through CST reaches a much deeper level. I have witnessed both somatic and emotional layers of trauma resolve in this process. This personal transformation inspired me to become a registered CranioSacral Therapist, committed to sharing the benefits of CST and supporting holistic well-being in others. I have come to believe that:“When you heal yourself, you are healing the whole family line.”
Through CST, I have observed traumatic energy stored in the body and across family systems being released and cleared. This work allows for greater congruence, lightness, and vitality—both physically and emotionally—and reinforces my dedication to this therapeutic path.
CranioSacral Therapy — Healing Through Your Body
CranioSacral Therapy (CST) supports your body’s nervous system to release tension, trauma, and stress held within the body—even when there are no clear words or memories. Healing unfolds gradually, layer by layer, at a pace your nervous system can safely manage.
With my musician background, I work with the rhythms of your body in CST—listening to cerebrospinal fluid, fascia, membranes, and other systems, as well as the nervous network that communicates through subtle movements. Similar to music, the body communicates non-verbally through waves, rhythms, and impulses. These expressions reflect your unique history and current state of balance.
My role is to create a safe environment where the body can be heard. I often explain to clients: "Symptoms are kind messengers guiding us toward greater integration. When these messages are acknowledged and acted upon, their role is fulfilled, and relief naturally follows.”
Through loving presence and gentle touch, the body’s innate ability to self-regulate is supported, allowing natural healing to occur. Through CST, both the body and mind can access insights that facilitate lasting healing, integration, and resilience.
Working with Children and Families
As a mother of two young boys, I have also had meaningful experiences supporting children and families. Children are highly receptive to the nurturing and supportive environment CST provides. This approach is particularly beneficial for:
-
Babies and children after difficult births
-
Individuals facing life changes, medical interventions, or neurodiversity diagnoses
-
Families seeking safe, gentle, and non-invasive support
CST allows children—and adults—to experience transformation in a safe, gentle, and natural way.
My Approach
I am trained to offer gentle touch, careful observation, and somatic listening. Sessions are designed to support your body’s nervous system, allowing it to release tension, restore balance, and integrate emotional and physical experiences.
Clients often report:
-
Increased ease in the body
-
Relief from tension or chronic discomfort
-
A sense of calm, safety, and self-regulation
You are warmly invited to experience this therapeutic process. Together, we create a safe space where your body’s innate life energy can activate and healing can occur naturally.

As you enter, the soft songs of birds and the gentle chime of wind bells invite calm and presence, reminding us that nature always has a place in the healing process. Here, in this quiet sanctuary, your body and mind can slow down, soften, and be fully seen.
