This week I have met several clients with coccyx and lower back pain. After treatment, I shared this sitting skills for improving health🌺

 

Find your FULCRUM✨

 

While sitting, Feel your spine from the head to tailbone as a whole. Drop the whole weight on the chair due to the gravity. Feel every spinal bones are stones of stacking art. Find the stones’ balancing=Fulcrum.

 

If you find the Fulcrum, it feel like weightless, effortless and natural, simply being there. The weight will spread out evenly instead of compressing at a point in spine.
