šŸ¦¦šŸWhat is CST?

I try to tell in my words:

šŸŒ±It is common for all human race to experience hurt and trauma. We tend to bury feelings too overwhelming, leaving imprints in our bodiesā€”a tapestry of wild, raw, and primitive sensations. These unprocessed emotions create barriers to our true wise selves.

In my role as a CranioSacral Therapist, I offer unwavering support with loving presence. I engage in a heartfelt conversation with the body and hear their authentic needs. Mind would lie but body donā€™t. Body talks in various forms e.g cerebrospinal fluid rhythm, tension in membrane and tissue, Asymmetry of right/left side, blockage of certain bone movements etc.

Trained in human anatomy, I believe that understanding body parts enhances responsiveness. CST can calm the autonomic nervous system, helps to shift from sympathetic (fight/flee) to parasympathetic (safe and relax) mode. Some may view this as spiritual or intuitive work.

By respectfully listening and mirroring the body's language, a transformative healing journey unfolds. I witness the body's innate wisdom for self-regulation, fostering a deep sense of being heard, safe, and relaxed in clients. Naturally, the body releases stored tensions, bringing profound results such as the opening of a blocked throat, the dissipation of cranial tension (e.g., migraines), relief from ankle pain, and the softening of an inner angry teenager, allowing the aching heart to heal.

What a joy to witness the transformative process of human being as a CST!!
